The Monarch 'Ray' features a hand-forged 'Twist' damascus frame by Chad Nichols, with fine hand-engraved inlays of 24K yellow gold, 18K green gold and copper by Tyler Prince. The scales are made from 10,000 year-old fossil woolly mammoth tooth. The blade is hand-forged 'Intrepid' damascus, also by Chad Nichols, and the one-hand button lock and thumb stud are set with spinel gemstones.
